Said The Sky Boston Concert reviews
More RASTA than I remember
A relaxing evening out was made by a very mellow Said The Sky on the lawn, mixed with a very mellow crowd.
Said The Sky can sing, and his vocals were definitely on fire. There is absolutely no doubt about that.
I'm not sure if it was the people around me or the fact that Said The Sky didn't jam out as much, but the concert wasn't as hyperactive as the last JM concert I attended.
I think this show would have been fantastic at a smaller venue. I certainly don't want to complain because Said The Sky was great, and I had a blast.
In addition, the opening acts left much to be desired, and G. Love and Special Sauce are terrible. I suppose I was mostly disappointed with the crowd.
I just wish that there would have been more of his TRUE fans there; not an overabundant amount of people who only knew 'Lucky" and "I'm Yours."
Best songs: "The Dynamo of Volition" and "I'm Yours." Wish he would have performed more songs from Mr. A-Z.
